Bennett has spent his life in the construction industry, starting out as a laborer and gaining hands-on experience along the way. His career began with foundational tasks, where he quickly learned the value of teamwork, safety, and communication on the job site. While attending college, Bennett sought out internships that helped him build on his practical skills. These experiences introduced him to project management, blueprint reading, and the complexities of building, allowing him to connect the skills he learned working with his hands to his role in project management. The combination of hard work and on-the-job experience has given Bennett a well-rounded view of the construction field, making him a more effective contributor to any project he takes on.
